Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology (PGDipOMG)

Overview

The University of Otago offers several papers in obstetrics and gynaecology designed for family planning trainees, midwives, general practitioners, continuing medical education registrants and candidates for the Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology (PGDipOMG).

The Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology (PGDipOMG) is also available through Distance Learning.

Note: This programme is only available to students living and studying within New Zealand.

Applications open for PGDipOMG – Postgraduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Medical Gynaecology

Expected closing date for PGDipOMG. For confirmation of date please contact: admin.obgypostgrad@otago.ac.nz. Vacancies will be filled according to ranking (as per selection criteria), with a maximum of 40 PGDipOMG places.

Applications received after the closing date will be considered on a case-by-case basis dependent on available spaces in the programme and / or papers. For further information please contact: admin.obgypostgrad@otago.ac.nz

  • OBGY 717 Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinical Training
  • OBGY 718 Obstetrics and Gynaecology Residential Course 1
  • OBGY 719 Obstetrics and Gynaecology Residential Course 2
