The research Masters of Arts in Human Services (Thesis only) is a research-only degree focussed on social work and human services, where the student engages in a significant piece of independent research to build specialist knowledge on their selected topic area. The primary aim of the programme is to develop the skills needed to identify a topic design and implement an extended piece of research, and present the findings in a form acceptable to scholarly conventions, including implications for social work and human services practice.
