Welcome to the University of Otago Matariki project 3D-Change Detection WebApp.
This is a web-GIS used to display elevation change data for Whakaari/White Island between 2008 and 2011, as well as recent bathymetric survey in 2018.
The elevation change is displayed in the red to blue coloured layer on the right.
The default image on the left is from 2008 but image from 2011can also be selected in either panels.
Interact with the data yourself: Turn layers on and off, pan and tilt the view with a three-button mouse.
(Left Click: Pan; Right Click: Rotate; Wheel/Centre click: Zoom)
Drag the vertical swipe to hide/reveal layers on either side
