Profile
Fraser graduated from the University of Otago with a BSurv (with Distinction) in 1997 and a BCom (Economics) in 1998. To complete the requirements to become a Registered Surveyor Fraser worked in a private practice on the Kapiti Coast and became a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor in 2001. In 2002, he returned to Dunedin and continued to work as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with his work involving subdivision and land development projects and the associated resource planning and project management. Fraser joined the School of Surveying in 2004 and is currently employed as a Professional Practice Fellow. His areas of interest include Land Development, Project Management, Professional Practice, and Cadastral Surveying. He also has continued an involvement with Photogrammetry.
