Conference facilities
The Mark Parker Seminar Room has been designed to facilitate learning in groups both large (up to 75) and small. Experienced conference staff ensure that every detail is covered to maximise the success of your seminar or executive development programme. Also available is the board room which can seat up to 12 delegates and two smaller tutorial rooms each seating up to 25.
Room hire rates include the use of all IT equipment. Available equipment includes:
- Projection equipment and three metre square electric screen
- Electronic white board
- White boards
- Computer equipment, including access to the University's network, internet and web

Catering
Catering can be provided for any function or conference use from tea and coffee service all the way up to full meal service. Please contact the College for further information about catering options. Food and beverages may not be brought onto the premises, and final catering numbers along with any special dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to any event, along with amendments as they come to hand.
Parking and public transport
Taxi and shuttle services are available outside the main entrance and buses from outside the neighbouring Commerce Building on Clyde Street. Parking on Clyde Street is available and within a minute's walk of the College.
Local attractions and facilities
George Street provides a wonderful array of restaurants and cafes, all only a few minutes' walk from the College. The local Meridian Shopping Centre offers a variety of shops and convenience stores, with the ANZ and Westpac banks located nearby. ATMs are available on campus at the Student Union and the New World Supermarket and liquor outlets are all handy.
