Meals are the focal point of UniCol life, a time when everyone gathers together. A reasonable standard of dress and behaviour is expected at all times in the dining room.
The Dining Room is open from 7:00am–7:30pm with the main meals at advertised times and snacks outside of the meal times. Packed lunches may be arranged if you are unable to return to the College at midday, and late dinners are available if you have evening lectures, labs or sports practices.
If you have special dietary requirements you must complete the health and dietary form and forward this to the College prior to your arrival.
Formal dinners are held on several evenings during the year. Residents are expected to dress appropriately for dinner. Make sure you have one good outfit when you pack your bags. Special guest speakers and other guests are invited, and these dinners are always very popular with students.
Supper snacks and hot beverage machines are available the Main Common Room along with snacks and canned drink vending machines. This facility is open each evening from 6:30 till late.
