2025 student contracts
All residential contracts with the University Flats are "Fixed Term contracts" and as such, once agreed are set and are not able to be adjusted without the express agreement of both parties.
A Fixed Term contract means that residents are required to pay for the accommodation for the full period of the contract regardless of the actual days they choose to stay in the flat.
All contracts begin at 10am of the start date and end at 10am of the end date.
Applications for semester 1, 2025 and full year open from 1 August 2024.
Semester 2, 2025 applications open from 1 April 2025.
