Webster Centre Director, Professor Andy Mercer, was recently appointed as Deputy Chair of the Health Research Council (HRC) of New Zealand.
HRC is the agency responsible for managing the Government's investment in health research. In addition, the HRC supports the development of research careers, so that New Zealand can have a well-trained workforce in the future.
