Not sleeping well can seriously impact your quality of life and general state of health. The WellSleep Centre provides diagnosis and treatment for sleep disorders.
Part of University of Otago, Wellington (UOW), the WellSleep Centre provides specialised services to several hospitals and privately-referred patients. WellSleep is an accredited sleep laboratory and is an affiliated provider to Southern Cross Health Society.
How can the WellSleep Centre help?
- Accepts referrals from specialist physicians and surgeons.
- Undertakes a range of research, including projects involving the use of CPAP and AutoPAP therapy for sleep apnoea patients, and the use of commercial products to aid sleep.
- Offers overnight sleep studies for a range of sleep disorders.
- Carries out Continuous Positive Airway (CPAP) therapy for patients suffering from sleep apnoea.
