Two thousand copies of this 1980 Limited Edition Club publication were supposed to have Graves’s signature on the colophon. Sadly, this was not to be. When published, it was signed by Freeman Keith, the book designer, and the illustrator Paul Hogarth.
Intimate with the countryside surrounding Deyá, Hogarth has included eight images that resonate with Graves’s poetry.
