Permits and Licencing  (Activity Descriptor)

Activities involved in the management of permits and licencing. Activities include applications, auditing and tracking use of materials.

These records were not identified as part of the GDA. There are some examples that can be used as percent e.g. the Drug Registers for Student Health are destroyed after 10 years (15.4.3). It is also possible that some of these records would come under Administration and Management (13.1.1) and Facility Management (13.3.1) If no direct mapping can be made to these areas it is recommended that records associated with Permits and Licencing be retained until the schedule is updated.
